Gold Aztec

On the playing area is a stone portal, comprising 16 segments. On segments are positioned colored gems and bands. The quantity of gems of each hue is consistently equal to the number of bands of the identical hue. You must arrange the gems such that they align with the color of the corresponding band.  To shift the gems, tap the screen in the central area of the four segments. In this scenario, four gems situated on these segments will instantly rotate clockwise to the subsequent position. Continue this until all 16 colored gems are situated within the bands of the matching hue. Consider each move carefully.
